The Maryland Office of Home Energy Programs (OHEP) offers a variety of assistance programs to help you get back on your feet. You can also apply for assistance through the Fuel Fund of Maryland if you still have difficulty paying your bill.

Maryland Energy Assistance Program (MEAP): Winter can be an extra difficult time of year due to rising heating costs. This grant helps eligible customers with heating bills. For more information visit OHEP’s web page or call at 1-800-352-1446.
